Our store offers a variety of products including, but not limited to: Digital Downloads, Printable Products, Journals, Planners, Games, Event, Kits, Music, Meditation & Wellness Resources, Print-on-Demand Merchandise Apparel Home Décor Drinkware Books Inspirational Products Some products are delivered digitally, while others are custom-made and shipped by our trusted production partners.

Digital Products
All digital purchases are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or access has been granted, all digital sales are considered final.

Print-on-Demand Products
Many physical products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because each item is custom produced, production times and shipping estimates may vary. Minor color variations between screen images and printed products may occur.

Returns & Refunds
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we'll gladly help.

Physical Products
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged product may be required so we can work with our production partner to resolve the issue. Because products are custom made, we cannot accept returns for: Buyer's remorse Incorrect size selection Ordering mistakes
Color preference differences caused by monitor settings.

FROM SOUND TO SIGNATURE™ ENROLLMENT POLICY
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
Limited Live Enrollment From Sound to Signature™ is a limited-capacity live masterclass experience.
Each purchase reserves a seat that may no longer be offered to another participant.
Final Sale and No-Refund Policy

All Signature Builder™ and Signature Architect™ enrollment purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Enrollment includes immediate access to digital materials, including the Artist Branding Blueprint Workbook and other downloadable course resources.

Participants may also receive access to recorded class replays. Because digital materials are delivered or made accessible after purchase and a limited live seat is reserved, refunds will not be provided for schedule conflicts, missed sessions, failure to participate, change of mind or failure to complete the program.

Enrollment may not be transferred to another person or moved to a future cohort unless ADionne Digital™ provides written approval under exceptional circumstances. Approval is not guaranteed.
Live Attendance, Replays and Certificate of Completion Class replays are provided as a learning resource for enrolled participants.

However, watching a replay does not replace the live-attendance requirement for earning a Certificate of Completion.

To qualify for the Certificate of Completion, participants must: Attend all required live sessions for their enrolled program level; Complete the required workbook exercises and assigned coursework; and Fulfill any additional completion requirements communicated during the program.

Participants who miss a required live session may continue accessing the course materials and available replay, but may not qualify for the Certificate of Completion for that cohort.
Program Schedule and Delivery

ADionne Digital™ may make reasonable adjustments to session dates, times, curriculum order, instructors, guest contributors or the delivery platform when necessary. Participants will be notified of material changes as promptly as possible. If ADionne Digital™ cancels the entire program and does not provide a reasonable rescheduled date, replacement cohort or comparable alternative, participants will receive a refund of the amount paid for the canceled program.

Technology and Participation Participants are responsible for having reliable internet access, a compatible device, access to Zoom and the ability to open or download the provided digital materials. Individual technology problems, internet interruptions or failure to join a scheduled session do not qualify for a refund.

Educational and Results Disclaimer
From Sound to Signature™ provides artist-branding education, planning tools, creative guidance and implementation support. Enrollment does not guarantee income, audience growth, viral success, a recording contract, media coverage, music sales or any other specific professional or financial result.
A participant’s results depend upon many factors, including their decisions, effort, consistency, resources, experience and implementation of the material.

Personal-Use License Workbooks, replays, templates, prompts, class recordings and other program materials are provided solely for the personal use of the enrolled participant.

They may not be copied, resold, shared, distributed, published, uploaded or used to teach another program without prior written permission from ADionne Digital™.
Enrollment Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the participant confirms that they have reviewed, understood and agreed to this From Sound to Signature™ Enrollment Policy and the complete ADionne Digital™ Terms and Conditions.
